IGNITE Junior Loan Officer Training Program (Sales) Paid Training, Testing & Licensing Schedule: Open availability MondayFriday, 8:00 AM6:00 PM (No nights or weekends) First-Year Earnings Expectation: $100K$125K and 2nd year earnings as Executive LO $200k+ Unlimited inbound warm leads provided daily About Independence Home Loans: Independence Home Loans is a rapidly expanding residential mortgage lender with branches across multiple states. What You'll Do

• Train directly under top-producing Mortgage Bankers and leadership
• Apply real sales tactics through hands-on coaching
• Make and receive calls from warm, inbound leads
• Learn our CRM and loan origination technology
• Deliver high-quality customer service to clients and referral partners
• Participate in sales meetings, contests, and performance incentives

• No mortgage experience neededpaid training provided
• Bachelor's degree OR minimal experience in sales, military, or commission-based roles
• Outgoing, competitive, and naturally strong with people
• Excellent communication skills (phone, written, and in-person)

Compensation

• Base Salary + uncapped commissions. Bonus provided upon completion of training!!!
