Qualifications

:

• Michigan Property & Casualty license or Personal Lines license preferred.
• Previous experience in insurance or customer service is a plus.
• Ability to build rapport with clients and maintain long-term relationships.

Key Responsibilities

:

• Create Customized Insurance Proposals: Assess client needs and develop tailored insurance solutions.
• Present and Recommend Policies: Provide expert advice during proposal presentations to guide clients in their decision-making.
• Prospect for New Business: Utilize leads, referrals, and networking to expand your client base.
• Achieve Agency Goals: Meet and exceed performance objectives set by the agency. Ideal Candidate Profile:
• Licensed: Must hold a valid Michigan Property & Casualty license OR Personal Lines license.
• Motivated & Goal-Oriented: Driven to succeed with a track record of meeting sales targets.
• Team Player with a Positive Attitude: Collaborate effectively with team members to foster a supportive work environment.
• Excellent Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal abilities to engage clients and provide exceptional service.
