The Sales Professional is responsible for running appointments, building trust with homeowners, presenting solutions, and closing deals on the spot whenever possible. Core

Sales Appointment Execution

• Arrive on time and professionally
• Introduce self and company
• Walk property with homeowner Discovery & Qualification
• Identify:
• Timeline
• Fence type (wood, vinyl, metal)
• HOA requirements
• Plot map availability
• Budget expectations
• Decision readiness Estimate Creation
• Measure property
• Build layout on 1 sheet close
• Input into pricing system
• Complete required CRM fields:
• Fence type
• Linear footage
• Gate count/placement
• HOA status
• Plot map status Sales Presentation
• Present:
• Company credibility
• Build process
• Lifetime workmanship warranty
• Reviews and social proof
• Giveback program Closing the Deal
• Present:
• Cash option (50/50)
• Financing option
• Use one-page close sheet
• Collect:
• Signed agreement
• Deposit (or trigger payment request)
• Complete all required CRM fields before leaving Post-Appointment Follow-Up
• Log outcome in CRM
• Trigger rehash pipeline if not closed
• Respond quickly to any lead re-engagement Success Metrics
• Close rate
• Average job size
• Same-day close percentage
