Responsibilities

What you'll be doing:

• Complete our 86-day agent launch a structured program that teaches you exactly how to build a real estate business. The average agent pends or closes 3.4 transactions during this period alone.
• Run lead generation activities weekly using systems that are already proven to produce results.
• Host two open houses per month one of the fastest ways to build your pipeline and your confidence.
• Convert leads and prospects into signed appointments and agreements.
• Show up to weekly script practice, morning team sessions, and training calls because the agents who take their skills seriously are the ones who win.
• Meet weekly with your coach in a 1:1 session designed to sharpen what's working and fix what isn't.
• Consult with buyers, secure signed buyer agreements, identify homes, and write and negotiate offers on their behalf.
• Keep your pipeline and client activity organized in our team technology platform. What you'll gain: Real training. Real transactions. Real momentum right out of the gate.

Qualifications

You are an intrinsically motivated sales professional with a competitive spirit. You are excellent at building rapport, listening to the needs of others and identifying solutions. Prospecting and lead generation are your strength zones. Overcoming objections comes naturally. You are a strong communicator and committed to service.

• Must have a Florida Real Estate License or current pursuing a license.
