Why Work Here? Awesome owner and fun team environment with opportunity to grow.... We are seeking a Real Estate Administrative Assistant to become a part of our large team! You will assist in the management and reporting of all real estate lead generation platforms and individual agent follow-up.

Responsibilities

:

• Primary Responsibility: Oversee and coordinate all Lead generation platforms, such as Zillow/Realtor.com etc
• Work closely with Team Leaders to enforce lead follow-up processes
• Improve agent accountability and lead conversion to increase return on investment
• Ensure all required lead updating processes are completed in a timely fashion
• Assist to enforce general team processes and metrics

Qualifications

:

• Previous experience in Real Estate or other related fields preferred but not a requirement.
• Strong organizational skills
• Ability to build rapport with Team Agents
• Ability to multitask and prioritize
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills About The William Close Group: Large successful real estate team expanding rapidly throughout the DMV. Education
• Real Estate Sales Person License or have an interest in obtaining (preferred)
• High school diploma or general education degree (GED) Job Type: Full-time Pay: $35,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
