What You'll Do

• Prospect and close new commercial fleet accounts across Central Florida HVAC, plumbing, electrical, landscaping, restoration, pool service, pest control, property management, construction, and delivery companies
• Target fleets of 1075 vehicles, from Sprinter vans and box trucks to medium- and heavy-duty units
• Present and sell annual preventive maintenance agreements (Bronze/Silver/Gold tiers) plus ongoing repair work
• Build and manage a pipeline of 100+ qualified prospects in our CRM
• Attend Chamber of Commerce, Home Builders Association, and contractor networking events
• Manage your accounts after the sale quarterly check-ins, renewals, and upsells
• Work directly with ownership to shape pricing, packaging, and service offerings What We're Looking For
• 3+ years of B2B outside sales, business development, or territory sales with a documented record of hitting quota
• Experience selling contracts or recurring services uniform services, industrial supply, payroll, commercial insurance, equipment, or fleet management backgrounds preferred
• Comfortable with daily in-person prospecting and early starts
• Able to talk credibly with business owners about vehicle downtime, uptime, and cost per mile
• Strong CRM discipline and self-directed time management
• Valid Florida driver's license and clean driving record
• Automotive or fleet knowledge is a plus, not a requirement we'll train the technical side

• $65,000 base salary
• Uncapped commission on new contracts, with accelerators above quota
• Residual commission on every renewal, for as long as the account stays active your book of business pays you every year
• Commission on repair revenue from your accounts
• Realistic earnings: $105,000$120,000 year one, $130,000$150,000 year two, $150,000+ ongoing

The territory is wide open, no one in Orlando owns premium contractor fleet service, and you're not inheriting someone else's saturated book. You'll have a 20-year reputation and a purpose- built facility behind you. Build it right and your renewals compound into income you keep collecting for years. Pay: $65,062.09 - $150,000.00 per year
