Outside Sales Representative Roofing & Exterior Restoration/ Commission Only Twin Bridge Construction Location: Illinois Job Type: Full-Time

Compensation

: Commission Only + Weekly Draw Earn $100,000$250,000+ Per Year Join a Growing Team With Unlimited Opportunity Twin Bridge Construction is a locally owned and rapidly growing exterior remodeling company specializing in roofing, siding, gutters, storm restoration, and residential exterior renovations throughout Illinois. We're looking for motivated, self-driven sales professionals who enjoy helping homeowners and want to build a long-term career with unlimited earning potential. What You'll Do

• Generate new business through networking, referrals, door-to-door prospecting, and community outreach
• Follow up on company-provided leads
• Perform free roof and exterior inspections
• Safely climb ladders and walk residential roofs
• Identify storm damage and recommend repair or replacement solutions
• Prepare and present estimates
• Meet with insurance adjusters when needed
• Guide homeowners through the insurance restoration and construction process
• Manage each customer from the initial inspection through project completion and final payment
• Maintain accurate customer records using the company CRM
• Deliver outstanding customer service that leads to referrals and repeat business

Qualifications

• Self-motivated with a strong work ethic
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Comfortable working outdoors and at heights
• Ability to safely carry, set up, and climb ladders
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Reliable and professional
• Sales experience preferred
• Roofing, construction, or insurance restoration experience is a plus
