We are seeking an experienced, motivated, and results-driven Senior Account Manager to expand our referral network, strengthen relationships with healthcare professionals, and drive business growth throughout our service area. Job Summary

: The Senior Account Manager is responsible for developing and managing strategic referral partnerships with hospitals, physicians, skilled nursing facilities, rehabilitation centers, assisted living communities, case managers, discharge planners, and other healthcare professionals. This role focuses on driving referral growth, expanding market presence, and identifying new business opportunities while serving as a trusted resource for referral partners. The ideal candidate has a proven track record in healthcare sales, exceptional relationship-building skills, and extensive experience in the home care or home healthcare industry.

Key Responsibilities

:

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with hospitals, physicians, skilled nursing facilities, rehabilitation centers, assisted living communities, case managers, discharge planners, and other referral sources.
• Generate new referrals by educating healthcare professionals, clients, and families about Care with Love's home care services.
• Identify, pursue, and close new business opportunities to achieve and exceed referral and revenue goals.
• Execute strategic territory development plans to increase market share.
• Maintain a consistent presence with referral partners through scheduled visits, presentations, and follow-up meetings.
• Represent Care with Love at networking events, healthcare conferences, community events, health fairs, and professional organizations.
• Track referral activities, sales performance, and business opportunities using CRM systems and internal reporting tools.
• Prepare daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales reports and maintain accurate records of referral activities.
• Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and referral patterns to identify growth opportunities.
• Collaborate with clinical and operational teams to ensure exceptional client experience and seamless coordination of services.
• Collaborate with Account Management team by sharing best practices with complex accounts.
• Take ownership of the largest and most complex referral accounts while ensuring long-term partnership growth and retention.
• Work flexible hours, including occasional evenings, weekends, and community events as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

:

• 5+ years of sales, business development, marketing or account management experience in the Home Care or Home Healthcare industry.
• Demonstrated success generating referrals and developing long-term healthcare partnerships.
• Strong knowledge of the healthcare referral process and post-acute care industry.
• Experience working with hospitals, skilled nursing facilities, physicians, assisted living communities, rehabilitation centers, and case managers.
• Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities.
• Ability to work independently while managing a designated territory.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Pay Range

:

• $75,000 - $105,000 (Commission Included)
