About the Role

Sineva helps owners of credible, established businesses successfully exit - whatever their reason for selling. Many of theowners we work with have already listed their business for sale but haven't found a buyer. Our approach is different: we step in,evaluate and vet the business, implement Sineva's proprietary technology and operating systems to strengthen it, and then takeit back to market positioned to sell. The Sales Representative is the driving force behind this process. You'll source and identify eligible businesses, connect withowners, conduct initial due diligence and evaluate credibility and fit, and guide clients from first contact through to a booked appointment with our team. This role sits at the intersection of commercial real estate, general corporate sales, and relationship-driven client service success depends on being someone people trust on the phone and in person, someone who is comfortable picking up the phone cold and turning a conversation into an opportunity. This is a fluid, evolving position. As Sineva grows, the scope and responsibilities of this role are expected to expand, and the right candidate should be comfortable taking on new challenges as they arise. This role is in partnership with Vianora.

Key Responsibilities

• Source and identify credible businesses currently on the market particularly listings that have stalled or gone unsold.
• Make outbound (cold) calls to business owners, brokers, and referral sources to introduce Sineva's services.
• Evaluate prospective clients and their businesses, including conducting initial due diligence, to confirm credibility and fit for Sineva's process.
• Book and coordinate appointments between qualified clients and the Sineva team.
• Conduct in-person and phone meetings with clients, maintaining a professional, personable, and trustworthy presencethroughout.
• Provide ongoing sales support throughout the client relationship, from initial outreach through the transition and eventual resale of the business.
• Travel locally throughout the Tri-County Area for client meetings and business visits.
• Maintain accurate records of outreach, client interactions, and pipeline status.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a smooth handoff once a client is engaged.
• Take on additional responsibilities as the role and business needs evolve.

Qualifications

• Experience in commercial/business real estate, general corporate sales, or business brokerage.
• Proven success with cold calling and outbound prospecting.
• Bilingual required.
• Excellent conversational skills personable and professional both on the phone and in person.
• Strong client-facing presence with the ability to build trust quickly.
• Comfortable traveling locally within the Tri-County Area.
• Self-motivated, organized, and adaptable to a role that will evolve over time.
• Reliable transportation, a valid driver's license, and a clean driving record. What Sineva Offers
• Pay rate of $20$25 per hour, plus performance-based commission.
