Field Marketing Agent Orlando Area Capital Vacations is one of the fastest-growing companies in the vacation ownership industry, and we're looking for outgoing, energetic, and motivated individuals to join our Marketing Team. As a Field Marketing Agent, you'll interact with vacationers and visitors, introduce them to Capital Vacations, and schedule qualified guests to attend a vacation ownership presentation. What You'll Do

• Engage with vacationers, resort guests, and local visitors
• Introduce guests to Capital Vacations and our vacation ownership programs
• Generate qualified tours and appointments
• Build rapport and create excitement around the vacation ownership experience

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old
• Must have scheduling flexibility, including weekends, holidays, and peak travel periods

• Reliable transportation
• Ability to stand for extended periods during shifts
