Job Summary

Optimum Performance Motorsports is the Pacific Northwest's premier Aprilia, Moto Guzzi, Vespa, and Triumph dealership, and we're looking for a motivated Parts Specialist / Sales Assistant to join our team. This is a hybrid role that combines customer-facing retail sales, parts support, and service coordinationperfect for someone who loves motorcycles and enjoys working in a fast-paced dealership environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with parts, accessories, and riding gear in-store and over the phone
• Look up and order parts using OEM catalogs and vendor systems
• Support the service department by sourcing and ordering parts for repair orders
• Receive, check in, and organize inventory shipments
• Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked parts area
• Help customers find the right gear and accessories for their bike
• Assist with showroom support and general dealership operations as needed

Qualifications

• Interest in motorcycles and the powersports industry
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask
• Basic mechanical knowledge is a plus (not required)
• Experience with parts lookup systems or retail sales preferred
• Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
• Motorcycle endorsement is a plus Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
