About the Opportunity: We're looking for energetic and bilingual Retail Sales Associates to join our growing team. You'll be working inside a retail store (not door-to-door), engaging with customers, helping them find wireless and entertainment solutions that fit their lifestyle and getting paid well to do it. This is an ideal role for someone who enjoys people, wants to build sales skills, and thrives in a fast-paced retail environment where performance equals pay.

What You'll Do

:

• Greet and assist customers in a retail store setting
• Recommend wireless, internet, and entertainment products based on customer needs
• Stay up to date on promotions, features, and competitive offers
• Meet or exceed personal and store sales goals (commission eligible)
• Deliver excellent customer experiences in both English and Spanish
