Foxlane Homes State College seeks an enthusiastic Sales and Marketing Representative to join our growing team! The Sales and Marketing Representative will manage all community activities from one of our beautifully decorated model homes. In this role, you will develop prospects into home buyers by demonstrating our Foxlane Homes product and guiding them through the purchase process. Essential Duties and Responsibilities

:

• Conduct needs analyses with prospective home buyers and prepare detailed cost estimates.
• Present agreements of sale and assist customers in selecting financing programs that best suit their needs.
• Initiate prospecting and marketing campaigns to generate new leads and drive traffic.
• Demonstrate model homes and home sites to prospective buyers.
• Effectively communicate and explain blueprints and site plans.
• Deliver superior customer service to all Foxlane Homes customers.
• Work work weekend hours (maintaining a five-day work week with two alternate days off). Competencies:
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities.
• Proven ability to multi-task and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Requirements

:

• 2 years previous experience as a Sales and Marketing Representative or Real Estate Sales.
• PA Real Estate License will be required.
• New residential construction experience is a plus.
• Ability to work weekends.
• Ability to read blueprints.
