Field Manager / Team Leader / Agents GCS Green Energy, in partnership with McEnergy, is one of North America's leading renewable energy marketing organizations. As we continue to expand, we are seeking motivated individuals to growing our team. This is an excellent opportunity for entry level to an experienced leader who is passionate about mentoring others, driving performance, and building a winning team. The Leader will play a key role in recruiting, training, and developing representatives while ensuring company goals and performance standards are consistently achieved. We have availability to market Business to Business, Residential and Retail!

Key Responsibilities

:

• Lead, mentor, and coach outside sales representatives through field training and one-on-one development.
• Recruit, hire, and train new team members.
• Conduct weekly sales meetings, monitor performance, and implement strategies to exceed sales goals.
• Build a positive, high-performance sales culture focused on accountability, growth, and teamwork.
• Maintain accurate reporting and administrative responsibilities.
• Work closely with company leadership to ensure consistent communication and execution of company initiatives.
