Branch Manager To apply, complete an application at [please apply online] The Job:

• Manage branch office and oversee all facets of the post-frame building process from the point of sale to building completion
• Recruit, hire, develop, and lead construction crews
• Sell diversified product line of buildings utilizing DreamMaker Cleary's proprietary 3D design, costing, and presentation software
• Monitor the building construction process through to completion
• Take charge of sales responsibilities in an established territory
• Enjoy a variety of job functions operating in a fast-paced and energetic environment; no two days are alike
• Cleary Building Corp. uses environmentally-friendly green designs and products
• Experience a sense of accomplishment in our team environment and see progress take shape quickly
• Responsible for the customer's total experience from start to finish, helping fulfil their dreams

Qualifications

:

• Knowledge of building construction is essential
• Knowledge of post-frame construction is a plus
• Management or supervisory experience desired
• Ability to work independently with little supervision or oversight
• Must be a motivated self-starter with the ability to think on your feet and take initiative
• Sales experience helpful
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record required
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Great customer service skills
