Description Business Development Specialist for Upscale Urgent Care Center in Miami Beach Highly motivated individual needed for:

• Establishing relationships with new potential clients and accounts while maintaining existing ones with local businesses and physicians.
• Coordinate with Administration and implement new ideas and techniques for developing new target markets.
• Exploit different areas of opportunity for marketing in traditional and non-traditional methods.
• Evaluate the efficacy of current and future marketing efforts.'
• Assist in the internal operation of the business whenever necessary.
• Maintain and update our internet presence as necessary.
• Attend and set up (whenever necessary) conferences, health care fairs, business meetings, etc.

Requirements

• High degree of motivation and self-initiation.
• Must have reliable transportation and the ability to travel locally to clinics, community events, and marketing activities within assigned territory.
• Bachelor's Degree preferred.
• Proficient in Computers and Social Media Promotion
• Flexible schedule to accommodate meeting and/or events after hours, as may be necessary from time to time.
• Highly organized.
• Outgoing personality.
• Pleasant demeanor and able to get along very well with others.
• Impeccable presentation.
• Great communication skills and able to provide superior customer service.
• Able to learn and grow within the company.
• Great organizational skills and an ability to multitask.
