• And the person in this seat matters We're building a machine and we need closers who can handle it. The Role This is an Acquisitions role ( sales you will be buying homes on our behalf) You're not managing from the sidelines. You're:
• Running appointments
• Talking to real sellers
• Closing deals If you can produce, there is a path to prosperity If you can't this won't work. What This Actually Looks Like
• 2-4 in-person appointments per day
• 80100 calls per day
• 2 offers per day minimum
• 2 contracts per week target You'll work:
• Inbound opportunities
• Outbound opportunities (4050% of your activity) No fluff. No hiding. What We Provide

• Call tracking, scoreboards, and performance metrics

Compensation

This is a performance-driven, uncapped role.

• $150K$200K is realistic
• $200K$300K+ is common for strong performers
• Top closers push beyond $300K+ Structure:
• Per-deal earnings
• Weekly payouts (rolling average)
