Farmers Insurance Bellevue District is one of the top ranked districts in Washington State , and we are hiring Insurance Agents for our Bellevue locations. This is not a call center seat. It is a full sales role with a defined mentorship track toward opening your own Farmers agency. The role You will consult with clients on auto, home, life, and commercial insurance. You will run the full sales cycle, quoting, presenting, and binding policies, while building a referral base and growing a book of business that pays you on renewal for as long as you keep the client. The path The Bellevue district runs an Agency Development Track. It is structured mentorship aimed at getting high performers towards owning their own Farmers agency. How fast you get there depends on your production, not your tenure. The pay Base salary plus commission, with total compensation ranging from $60,000 to $100,000+ annually depending on performance. Bonuses are tied to individual results, and your renewal income compounds as your book grows. This is uncapped. Your ceiling is the one you build. • You have 3+ years in sales, customer service, or a relationship-driven role, licensed or not
