Responsibilities

• Supervise daily store operations, including sales, inventory control, and customer service to ensure operational efficiency and high customer satisfaction.
• Lead, motivate, and develop team members through effective training, coaching, and performance management to foster a productive work environment.
• Manage inventory levels meticulously, including merchandising, and pricing strategies to maximize sales opportunities.
• Oversee cash handling, cashiering duties, and POS (Point of Sale) systems to ensure accurate transactions and financial integrity.
• Coordinate employee scheduling, shift management, and payroll processing to maintain optimal staffing levels and operational flow.
• Implement marketing initiatives and promotional activities to attract new customers and retain existing clients.
• Conduct interviews and participate in recruiting efforts to build a skilled team aligned with company goals.
• Maintain compliance with safety standards, store policies, and industry regulations while promoting a culture of safety awareness. Skills
• Proven management experience in retail environments with strong leadership capabilities.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to train, motivate, and supervise staff effectively, Bilingual is a Must in this location.
• Proficiency in inventory management, and retail math for accurate stock control.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail.
• Experience with POS systems, cash handling procedures, and retail sales operations.
• Knowledge of marketing strategies and promotional planning to boost store visibility.
• Bilingual or multilingual abilities are highly desirable for serving diverse customer bases.
• Demonstrated skills in negotiation, customer service excellence, and conflict resolution.
• Previous assistant manager or supervisory experience within the tire or automotive retail sector is preferred.
