JOB DESCRIPTION: McKinney Insurance Agency is hiring! We are looking to add an Insurance Agent/Producer to our team! - In this sales position you will have the ability to help manage and grow an existing book of business.

Duties

include soliciting new property and casualty insurance business along with servicing existing clients. - Opportunity to work with personal, farm, and commercial lines through a network of 20+ insurance companies. - Competitive base pay and/or commission will be offered based on the individual's qualifications and experience. - The right individual would be self-motivated, a free thinker, and have the desire to build a long-term career within the insurance industry.

: - Must be proficient with computers, including programs such as Excel and Word. This position will include quoting in multiple online systems. - The right person would have excellent social skills and have a strong desire to help people. - Prior insurance industry experience is strongly preferred, but not required.
