At JETT Pump & Valve, L.L.C., we represent some of the most trusted pump, valve, and treatment equipment manufacturers in the industry. We work with municipalities, engineers, contractors, and industrial clients to provide reliable fluid-handling solutions that keep water and wastewater systems running. As our business grows, we're looking for a motivated Inside Sales Representative to join our team. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys problem-solving, customer interaction, and learning about technical equipment. What You'll Do

• Respond to customer inquiries by phone and email with professionalism and urgency
• Prepare and follow up on quotes, proposals, and product information
• Support sales and operations staff with technical documentation, order processing, and scheduling
• Build relationships with customers, contractors, and vendors
• Learn and understand pump, valve, and treatment equipment applications (training provided)
• Work closely with manufacturers to source information and pricing What We're Looking For
• Strong communication, organizational skills, and attention to detail is a must
• Previous inside sales, customer service, or office experience preferred
• Comfortable with Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word)
• A positive, team-oriented mindset and willingness to learn technical products
• Experience in water/wastewater, industrial, or mechanical fields is a plus (but not required) What We Provide
