Event Sales Assistant Miami, FL | Full-Time | Immediate Start Available Looking for a role where you can work at exciting events, meet new people every day, and build valuable sales and customer service experience? We're currently representing a fast-growing Miami-based company that is expanding its events and customer acquisition team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people, thrives in a fast- paced environment, and wants to develop practical skills that can lead to long-term career progression. As an Event Sales Assistant, you'll represent well-known brands at a variety of live events, promotional campaigns, and pop-up activations throughout the Miami area. Every day is differentyou could be engaging with customers at festivals, sporting events, shopping centers, community events, trade shows, or other high-footfall venues. You'll be the friendly face of each campaign, introducing customers to products and services, answering questions, creating memorable experiences, and guiding interested customers through the sign-up or purchasing process. Full product and sales training is provided, making this an ideal opportunity for someone looking to build confidence and gain hands-on commercial experience. What You'll Be Doing

• Represent brands at live events, promotional activations, and community campaigns
• Engage customers through professional, face-to-face conversations
• Demonstrate products, explain promotions, and answer customer questions
• Build rapport while identifying customer needs and recommending suitable solutions
• Assist customers through registrations, purchases, or sign-up processes
• Deliver an outstanding customer experience while maintaining brand standards
• Achieve individual and team performance targets
