Responsibilities

:

• Assist customers in selecting and purchasing vehicles
• Deliver professional product presentations and test drives
• Follow up with leads using phone, text, email, and CRM
• Maintain organized pipeline and customer records
• Meet monthly sales and customer satisfaction goals
• Build long-term customer relationships and referrals

Requirements

:

• Fluent in English and Spanish
• Professional appearance and communication skills
• Strong work ethic and positive attitude
• Comfortable working in a performance-driven environment
• Ability to work flexible schedule, including weekends
• Valid driver's license Previous automotive experience is helpful, but not required for the right candidate.

Compensation
