This opportunity is ideal for someone with 5+ years of successful new home construction sales experience who is ready to represent one of Southeast Michigan's most respected builders.

What You'll Do

As the face of Robertson Homes, you'll guide buyers from their first visit through closing while creating an exceptional home-buying experience.

Responsibilities

include:

• Consistently achieve and exceed sales goals.
• Build lasting relationships with prospective homebuyers and local Realtors.
• Present homes, home plans, communities, and available homes with confidence and professionalism.
• Educate buyers on personalization options, financing resources, and the new home construction process.
• Prepare purchase agreements and maintain accurate documentation throughout the sales process.
• Coordinate with our Design Studio and internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
• Generate additional business through networking, self-marketing, community and Realtor outreach, and referral relationships.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and proactively manage your sales pipeline.
• Deliver the level of service and professionalism that reflects the Robertson Homes brand. What We're Looking For Our ideal candidate brings:
• 5+ years of successful new home construction sales experience
• A proven history of meeting or exceeding sales goals
• Exceptional customer relationship and closing skills
• Strong communication and presentation abilities
• High attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently while collaborating with internal teams
• Comfort utilizing CRM systems (Hubspot) and Microsoft Office
