Commission Only | Uncapped Earnings | Maryland Territory We are seeking a dynamic, results-driven Healthcare Business Development Manager to accelerate growth across our home care and healthcare contract staffing services. This individual will develop strategic referral and client partnerships, identify new market opportunities, and convert relationships into sustainable revenue. The ideal candidate has a strong healthcare network, exceptional relationship- management skills, and a proven ability to generate referrals, secure staffing contracts, and close new business. What You'll Do

• Generate new home care referrals from hospitals, physicians, discharge planners, case managers, senior living communities, rehabilitation centers, and community partners
• Secure healthcare staffing contracts with assisted living communities, skilled nursing facilities, home health agencies, rehabilitation centers, and other healthcare organizations
• Identify decision-makers, present NurseLynx services, negotiate opportunities, and close new business
• Build and maintain productive, long-term referral and client relationships
• Conduct sales calls, presentations, lunch-and-learns, networking, and community outreach
• Manage prospects, referrals, contracts, and follow-up activities through the sales pipeline
• Meet established revenue, referral, and new-business goals
• Provide weekly pipeline and sales activity reports What We're Looking For
• Healthcare sales or business development experience preferred
• Home care, home health, hospice, senior living, or healthcare staffing experience strongly preferred
• Established network of healthcare referral sources or facility decision-makers preferred
• Proven ability to prospect, present solutions, negotiate, and close business
• Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-management skills
• Self-motivated, organized, persistent, and results-oriented
• Comfortable working independently in a commission-only role
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel within an assigned Maryland territory
• CRM experience preferred
