About the Role

We are a rapidly growing commercial LED & energyefficiency company seeking a bilingual (English/Korean) Operations & Sales Support Specialist. This role supports our outbound sales pipeline, coordinates installation schedules, and ensures smooth communication between customers, remote SDRs, and onsite engineering teams.

Key Responsibilities

Customer Communication (English/Korean)

• Professional email/phone communication with building owners, property managers, churches, and schools
• Pre and postproject follow-ups to maintain strong customer relationships Operations & Scheduling Support
• Coordinate installation schedules with engineering teams
• Confirm materials delivery and project timelines
• Assist with required documents (utility bills, building plans, rebate forms)
• Provide occasional support during evening/weekend project coordination Sales Pipeline Support
• Organize inbound leads from remote SDRs
• Update Trello boards and track project lifecycle
• Support internal telemarketing team with accurate lead information
• Assist with proposals, quotes, and basic sales documentation Work Schedule
• MondayFriday, 8:00 AM 4:30 PM
• 30minute unpaid lunch break
• Occasional flexibility required for evening/weekend project coordination

Compensation

• Base Salary: $42,000 per year
• Potential Income (Base + Commission): $50,000 $70,000 per year
