Full description of the position

Nissan of Canton is looking for a customer sales representative that will be responsible for sales and customer service duties, such as identifying customer needs, demonstrating vehicle features, and negotiating deals. Key responsibilities include prospecting for new clients, building relationships with existing customers, achieving sales quotas, and resolving any customer issues or questions. Core responsibilities

• Prospecting and lead generation: Find and contact potential new customers through various methods like research, leads, and networking.
• Sales and presentation: Be able to present and demonstrate vehicles to potential and existing customers, explaining their features and benefits.
• Customer relationship management: Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients to ensure their satisfaction and encourage repeat business.
• Negotiation and closing: Work with management to negotiate prices and terms to finalize sales deals.
• Customer service: Serve as a point of contact to field questions, resolve complaints, and provide information about vehicles.
• Administrative tasks: Maintain accurate customer records in a CRM system, prepare for customers, and manage sales-related documentation. Key skills and qualifications
• Communication and interpersonal skills: Excellent ability to communicate clearly, listen actively, and build rapport with customers.
• Product knowledge: A deep and comprehensive understanding of the products or services being sold.
• Sales and negotiation skills: Proficiency in persuasive communication, negotiation, and closing sales.
• Goal-oriented mindset: Strong self-motivation to meet or exceed sales quotas.
• Problem-solving: Ability to handle customer concerns and conflicts efficiently.
• Adaptability: Capacity to adjust sales tactics based on client feedback and market demands.
• Technical proficiency: Familiarity with CRM software and other relevant sales tools is often required.
• Experience: Customer service experience preferred. Job Type: Full-time Pay: $3,500.00 - $8,000.00 per month
