Job Summary

MVA is a growing service company that provides transformer oil testing and field service work for the electrical industry across the United States. We are seeking an Inside Sales Specialist to support sales for technical quote preparation. This role is responsible for creating quotes for customer delivery, working with marketing identifying prospective customers and operations for project scheduling.

Responsibilities

• Engage with existing and potential clients.
• Prepare quotes for review and approval
• Conduct presentations tailored to client needs, highlighting features and benefits effectively.
• Collaborate with marketing team to implement targeted campaigns that support lead generation efforts and brand awareness initiatives.
• Maintain comprehensive knowledge of our services and industry trends to provide expert guidance during customer conversations.

Requirements

• Degree in Engineering or other technical related degree.
• Strong time management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
• Proficiency in CRM software such as Salesforce or similar platforms.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients at various levels of decision-making.
