Overview

We are seeking a Registered Investment Adviser Sales Professional (RIA-SP) to support the continued growth of our retirement plan advisory practice. This role is ideal for a motivated financial professional with experience in retirement plans or financial services who wants:

• Warm, qualified leads
• A fiduciary-based sales environment
• A long-term career path within an established RIA You will work directly with business owners, CFOs, and plan sponsors to introduce retirement plan solutions, coordinate plan conversions, and support ongoing client relationships.

Duties

• Engage with qualified inbound leads provided by the firm
• Educate plan sponsors on 401(k) plan design, fiduciary responsibilities, and investment solutions
• Present American Northwest's retirement plan services and value proposition
• Coordinate onboarding and transition of new retirement plan clients
• Work closely with internal plan administration and investment teams
• Maintain CRM documentation and follow-up activity
• Support ongoing client relationships and business development initiatives Job Type: Full-time Pay: $75,000.00 - $105,000.00 per year License/Certification:
