Field Marketing & Sales Support Associate (Part-Time) LOCATION Miami, FL & Surrounding Areas REPORTS TO Trade Marketing Manager EMPLOYMENT TYPE Part-Time, Flexible About Caliwater Caliwater is a fast-growing functional beverage brand made with prickly pear cactus and co-founded by Vanessa Hudgens and Oliver Trevena. Our mission is to make hydration healthier, more sustainable, and more enjoyable while building an authentic brand consumers love. We're looking for a dependable, energetic individual to join our team on a flexible, part-time basis to support retail execution, local marketing initiatives, and special projects throughout South Florida. About the Position

• This is a very part-time position, especially in the beginning.
• Hours will vary week to week based on retail needs, product launches, events, marketing initiatives, and special projects.
• Some weeks may only require a few hours, while others may involve additional support around events or retail activations.
• There are no guaranteed weekly hours, making this role ideal for someone looking for supplemental income, a flexible schedule, or hands-on experience with a growing consumer packaged goods (CPG) brand.
• As Caliwater continues to expand in South Florida, there may be opportunities for additional hours and responsibilities over time.

What You'll Do

• Visit retail accounts to merchandise shelves and maintain brand standards.
• Install displays, POS materials, and promotional signage.
• Support product launches, in-store promotions, and retail activations.
• Assist with local sampling events, demos, and community events.
• Deliver product and marketing materials to retailers, partners, and events.
• Conduct store audits and submit photos and field reports.
• Build positive relationships with store teams and local partners.
• Assist with special marketing projects and seasonal initiatives.
• Support occasional time-sensitive and VIP requests from company leadership and founders, including product deliveries and special events. Who We're Looking For This role is perfect for someone who:

Qualifications

• Must be based in the Miami, FL area.
• Reliable personal vehicle, valid driver's license, and clean driving record are required.
• Comfortable traveling throughout Miami and surrounding areas.
• Flexible availability, including occasional evenings, weekends, and short-notice assignments when business needs arise.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Organized, self-motivated, and able to work independently.
• Ability to lift and transport cases of product and event materials (up to 40 lbs.).
• Previous experience in retail, merchandising, hospitality, events, customer service, or brand ambassador work is a plus but not required.
• Passion for health & wellness, food & beverage, or consumer packaged goods is a plus. Why Join Caliwater?
