Robinson Restoration Robinson Restoration is a trusted leader in disaster restoration, specializing in fast, reliable, and high-quality water damage mitigation services. We partner with property managers, plumbers, insurance professionals, and contractors to respond quickly when emergencies happen. We're growing and looking for a results-driven Business Development Representative (BDR) who understands the urgency and relationship-driven nature of mitigation work and can consistently generate new opportunities. Position

Overview

As a BDR, you'll be responsible for building strong referral relationships, developing new business, and positioning Robinson Restoration as the first call for water damage response in the Seattle market. This role is ideal for someone with a background such as:

• Mitigation estimator with sales experience
• Water damage technician or project manager with proven sales experience ready to fully move into sales
• Account manager or BDR in restoration

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with property managers, plumbers and trade partners, insurance agents and adjusters
• Generate new business through networking, prospecting, and industry involvement
• Actively manage and grow your territory with in-person visits and outreach
• Use proven processes, training, and scripts to convert conversations into opportunities
• Track activity and manage your pipeline in CRM
• Partner with marketing and leadership to expand brand presence in the Seattle market
• Collaborate with operations to ensure smooth job handoffs and strong client experience
• Represent Robinson Restoration at industry events and networking opportunities What We're Looking For
• Experience in water damage mitigation, restoration, or related services
• Strong understanding of emergency response and mitigation workflows
• Proven ability to build relationships and drive revenue
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated, organized, and goal-oriented
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, field-based role Highly Preferred
• Estimating experience (Xactimate or similar)
• Existing relationships within the Seattle restoration, plumbing, or insurance markets
