Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients by understanding their unique needs, providing expert advice, and delivering exceptional account management.
• Conduct engaging presentations and product demonstrations to showcase our solutions' value propositions.
• Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements confidently while ensuring mutual satisfaction for long-term partnerships.
• Collaborate with marketing teams to develop tailored campaigns that resonate with target audiences and drive sales engagement.
• Utilize CRM tools like Salesforce to track interactions, manage pipelines, analyze sales data, and forecast future opportunities accurately.
• Lead negotiations with potential clients, ensuring clear communication of technical features, benefits, and value propositions.

• Coordinate with internal teams such as technical sales support and account management to ensure seamless onboarding and ongoing customer success.

Requirements

• Proven experience in B2B sales, technology sales, or technical sales roles with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
• Strong negotiation skills combined with excellent communication abilities to influence decision-makers at all levels.
• Demonstrated expertise in business development strategies including warm calling, lead generation, and pipeline management.
• Familiarity with CRM platforms like Salesforce for managing customer relationships and analyzing sales performance.
• Knowledge of marketing principles as they relate to sales enablement and client engagement strategies.
• Ability to analyze market data, identify opportunities for growth, and develop strategic plans accordingly.
