Aurum Management Inc. is hiring a full-time Customer Sales Representative to join our growing sales team. This is a face-to-face sales role where you'll work directly with customers, introduce wireless and internet solutions, assist with new account enrollments, and provide a professional customer experience. No previous sales experience is required, as we provide hands-on training and ongoing mentorship. As a Customer Sales Representative, you'll spend your day meeting with customers in assigned territories, understanding their needs, presenting available service options, and helping them through the enrollment process. The Customer Sales Representative role combines customer interaction, account management, and sales, making it an excellent opportunity to build experience in sales, customer service, business development, and leadership. What You'll Be Doing: Customer Sales Representative

• Meet directly with customers in assigned territories throughout the Columbus area
• Present available wireless, internet, and telecommunications solutions
• Explain service plans, pricing, promotions, account features, and available upgrades
• Guide customers through new account enrollments, account setup, activations, and account updates
• Build strong customer relationships through consistent communication and professionalism as a Customer Sales Representative
• Answer customer questions and recommend solutions based on individual needs
• Maintain accurate customer records, account information, and daily sales activity
• Contribute to customer acquisition, account growth, and daily sales performance goals What We're Looking For: Customer Sales Representative
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Comfortable working directly with customers in a customer-facing sales environment
• Interest in sales, account management, customer service, or business development
• Positive attitude with a strong work ethic and willingness to learn
• Organized, dependable, and goal-oriented
