To bring this vision to life, we're hiring Entry Level Sales Associates who are passionate about solving problems, building relationships, and making a real difference in people's lives. As an Entry Level Sales Associate, you'll be on the front lines of customer engagementserving as a trusted guide and advocate. You'll walk customers through their sales options, uncover the best sales solutions, and ensure a smooth, confident service experience from start to finish. Your Role as an Entry Level Sales Associate:

• Deliver responsive, personalized sales support to customers with professionalism, empathy, and care
• Maintain professional and courteous communication with all clients.
• Use active listening and consultative skills to assess customer needs and recommend appropriate services
• Build trust through clear sales communication, attention to detail, and consistent follow-through
• Represent our client's brand with a deep understanding of their products, services, and sales values
• Support outreach and awareness efforts in assigned local markets or territories
• Collaborate with internal teams to improve and innovate customer engagement strategies
• Participate in regular sales training sessions, team meetings, and virtual events to continually enhance your service delivery skills
• Maintain accurate sales records and stay informed about updates to client offerings and processes Entry Level Sales Associate

Qualifications

:

• At least 1 year of experience in customer service, sales, management, or a related role preferred
• Prior experience as an Entry Level Sales Associate is highly desirable
• Strong communication skills and a desire to learn, grow, and contribute to the Entry Level Sales Associate team
• A dependable, team-first approach and a commitment to delivering excellent service Pay: $55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
