Overview

: As a Automotive Sales Associate, you will be responsible for helping customers find the right vehicle for their needs and guiding them through the sales process. Your goal is to provide excellent customer service, achieve sales targets, and contribute to the overall success of the dealership.

Key Responsibilities

:

• Customer Interaction:
• Greet customers warmly and assess their vehicle needs.
• Provide detailed information on the dealership's vehicle inventory, including new and used cars.
• Conduct test drives with potential buyers, explaining features and benefits of each vehicle.
• Sales Process:
• Build rapport with customers to understand their preferences and financial situation.
• Present financing and payment options clearly and professionally.
• Negotiate pricing, trade-ins, and terms of sale.
• Close sales deals by aligning customer needs with the dealership's offerings.
• Complete all necessary paperwork for vehicle purchases, including title transfers, financing documents, and insurance verification.
• Inventory and Product Knowledge:
• Stay updated on the dealership's current inventory and new vehicle arrivals.
• Understand key features, technology, and specifications of each model.
• Keep informed about industry trends, new products, and competitor vehicles.
• Customer Service:
• Maintain ongoing relationships with customers to encourage repeat business and referrals.
• Address any customer inquiries or concerns promptly and professionally.
• Ensure customer satisfaction by following up after the sale to provide additional support or answer questions.
• Collaboration:
• Work closely with the finance team to ensure smooth processing of transactions.

Qualifications

:

• Proven sales experience (preferably in automotive sales).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with customers.
• Knowledge of basic financing and leasing options.
• A valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills. Personal Attributes:

Compensation

:

• Base salary with commission based on sales.
• Performance bonuses and incentives. Job Type: Full-time Pay: $55,000.00 - $94,000.00 per year
