Talent Clout is partnering with a well-established leader in the commercial services industry to hire an experienced B2B Outside Sales Executive. This is an outstanding opportunity for a driven sales professional who thrives on prospecting, building relationships, and closing new business. This is a true hunter role where you'll own the entire sales cyclefrom prospecting and client meetings to negotiations and closing contracts. After the sale is completed, a dedicated operations team manages implementation and customer service, allowing you to stay focused on generating new business.

What You'll Do

• Generate new business through cold calling, networking, referrals, and prospecting.
• Conduct in-person meetings with business owners, property managers, and facility decision-makers.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified opportunities.
• Present customized solutions and negotiate commercial agreements.
• Manage your sales pipeline using CRM tools.
• Attend office meetings approximately twice per week while spending most of your time in the field.
• Consistently achieve and exceed sales goals.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in full-cycle B2B outside sales.
• Strong hunter mentality with a passion for new business development.
• Excellent presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Experience using CRM platforms and sales technology.
• Highly organized and self-motivated.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus. Pay: $50,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
