Overview

We're looking for a motivated and organized Sales & Administrative Coordinator to join the QIA team. In this dual-function role, you'll keep our office running smoothly while also connecting with prospective clients and supporting our agents in growing their business. If you're a people person who also loves staying organized, this one's for you. Sales

• Make outbound sales calls to prospective clients
• Follow up on leads and referrals
• Schedule and confirm appointments for agents
• Assist with enrollment and plan selection questions
• Track call activity and outcomes in CRM Administrative
• Answer phones and manage incoming inquiries
• Maintain agent files and compliance documents
• Support onboarding of new agents
• Coordinate scheduling and office communications
• Assist with reporting and enrollment data entry What we're looking for
• Fluent in English and Spanish (required)
• Strong verbal communication skills comfortable on the phone
• Highly organized with great attention to detail
• Self-motivated and able to manage multiple priorities
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable learning new software
• Previous experience in sales, insurance, or administrative support a plus What we offer
