Union Marine, the Pacific Northwest's largest boat dealership, has an immediate opening for a motivated Sales Specialist at our Fife location. In addition to new and pre-owned boat sales, we offer full service departments and other resources to compliment a professional and seasoned sales associate. Prior boating knowledge and experience is a plus, but not required as we will provide technical training and the necessary tools for continued education and improvement. The ideal candidate will possess demonstrated success in a previous sales role, coupled with exceptional customer service skills. We seek a detail- oriented, proactive individual who exhibits strong organizational abilities, professionalism, and a dedicated work ethic. The successful candidate will be a friendly, outgoing team player, comfortable utilizing various computer systems, and possess excellent verbal and written communication skills. Essential attributes include a commitment to continuous learning about our products and the marine industry, flexibility, and a willingness to consistently exceed customer expectations. Compensation

is based on a base salary plus commission and yearly bonus opportunities. Our Fife showroom is open 7 days a week. Sales Specialists work 9 to 6 pm shifts that include rotating weekends. Evening shifts will occasionally be required during special events. Applicants must possess a valid driver's license and be authorized to work in the United States. Job Type: Full-time Pay: $45,000.00 - $250,000.00 per year
