Full description of the position

We are looking for an experienced and energetic professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will be required to have strong interpersonal skills, a solid understanding of the different options related to vehicles, and the ability to sell a variety of different products to our clients. This position will be located in our offices in Columbia, MO and will require the successful candidate to be comfortable using social media platforms and phone communication. Understanding of other elements of digital marketing are also beneficial.

Responsibilities

:

• Discuss and negotiate with potential clients over the phone and in person to create retail appointment opportunities.
• Advise customers on product or service options.
• Be able to sell products and services to customers over the phone or face-to-face.
• Be able to negotiate sales based on customers' needs and expectations.
• Be aware of the company's policies and procedures relating to personal sales goals.
• Analyze client needs and recommend the best product or service for the customer's needs.
• Generate retail appointments for an established sales team.
• Perform in a team environment. Job Type: Full-time Pay: From $35,000.00 per year
