Dick Scott Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram has an immediate opening for an Automotive Sales Consultant. Candidate must possess strong communication skills. Previous automotive sales experience is preferred but we will train the right candidate. Automotive sales professionals are responsible for selling new vehicles and meeting dealership gross profit, volume, and customer satisfaction standards. This position requires prospecting, selling, and follow-up.

Responsibilities

include:

• Determine each customer's vehicle needs by asking questions and listening
• Ability to demonstrate each vehicle in product line (including test drives)
• Delivery of vehicles to customers ensuring that the customer understands the vehicle's operating features, warranty and paperwork
• Attend sales meetings and training offered by the dealership and the manufacturer
• Follow all company policies and procedures
• Supervising test-drives on our Jeep Test Track using both dealership and customer trail-rated vehicles Job

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver's license & good driving record
• Professional personal appearance
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to work hands-on with every customer
• Previous automotive sales experience preferred
• Experience using the VinSolutions CRM preferred
• Ability to read & comprehend instructions and information
• A desire for long-term employment with a rapidly growing organization
