HVAC Sales Representative- Position has no base salary it is 100% Commission with high earning potential

Duties

:

• MUST have sales experience in residential electrical, plumbing, or HVAC
• Meet and exceed client expectations for service
• Meet predetermined goals for efficiency and quality
• Maintain a professional image that sets the example for professional service people
• Prior HVAC experience
• Dependable self-starter and motivated to succeed
• Provide exceptional customer service
• Possess leadership qualities and enjoy working with a team
• Want to learn new ideas, methods and perspectives
• Available to work rotating nights/weekends

Qualifications

:

• Proven experience in sales, preferably in technology sales or a related field
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients
• Excellent negotiation and persuasion abilities
• Proficiency in analyzing market trends and identifying sales opportunities
• Bilingual in English and Spanish is preferred but not required
