Duties

• Conduct engaging presentations tailored to customer needs, highlighting product benefits and features effectively
• Negotiate terms and close sales confidently, ensuring mutual satisfaction and fostering long-term relationships
• Utilize CRM software such as Salesforce to track leads, update customer information, and manage follow-up activities
• Conduct outbound warm calling campaigns to reconnect with previous prospects and generate new leads through strategic outreach
• Collaborate with marketing teams to implement local promotional strategies that enhance outreach efforts
• Maintain a high level of customer service by addressing questions, overcoming objections, and ensuring a positive experience throughout the sales process Skills
• Strong negotiation skills with the ability to influence and persuade potential clients effectively
• Experience in B2B (business-to-business) sales, telemarketing, or technology sales is highly desirable
• Proficiency in CRM software such as Salesforce; familiarity with CRM tools enhances efficiency in managing customer relationships
• Excellent communication skills in English; ability to clearly articulate product value propositions
• Proven track record in inside sales, outbound calling, or warm calling campaigns that result in successful conversions
