• Assist clients in buying, selling, and leasing residential or commercial properties by providing expert guidance and support throughout the entire transaction process
• Conduct property showings, open houses, and market analyses to attract potential buyers and tenants
• Negotiate offers, terms, and contracts to ensure favorable outcomes for clients while adhering to Fair Housing regulations and real estate laws
• Develop and implement effective marketing strategies utilizing digital platforms, social media, and traditional channels to promote listings
• Maintain organized records of client interactions, property details, and transaction documentation using real estate administrative tools
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries promptly, maintaining clear communication, and fostering trust

• Proven experience in real estate sales or property management with a strong understanding of sales techniques and negotiation skills
