Overview

: We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Membership Sales Associate to join our express car wash team. This position is primarily responsible for engaging with customers and driving membership sales. The ideal candidate is outgoing, welcoming, and thrives in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment.

Key Responsibilities

:

• Greet and engage customers in a friendly, professional manner
• Promote and sell car wash membership packages
• Educate customers on benefits, pricing, and promotions
• Meet or exceed monthly sales goals
• Process transactions and enroll customers into membership plans
• Maintain a clean and organized sales/work area
• Assist with general site duties as needed
• Address customer questions and resolve concerns promptly

Qualifications

:

• Previous sales experience required (1yr/Member sales)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to build rapport and connect with customers quickly
• Goal-oriented with a strong work ethic
• Reliable and punctual
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends
• Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions

Compensation

:

• Hourly Rate: $13
• Commission: Gets commission on each membership sold. The higher the membership the more commission. What We're Looking For:
