Full job description Full Time = Yearly Salary range $80,000 to 150,000 Antwerpen Auto Group is looking for an experienced and motivated Automotive New Car Sales Manager who can drive sales through effective and values-centered leadership. This individual will have proven track records in sales and customer service within the automobile industry and an extensive knowledge of the retail vehicle market. A strong management background with the ability to hire, train, grow and motivate the sales team is essential to being successful in this position. Responsibilities

:

• Manage daily operations of new and used vehicle department including negotiating sales, working deals, customer interaction, vehicle acquisition and management.
• Manage and oversee internet inquiries and follow up
• Strategize with sales managers to forecast goals and implement objectives for achieving sales and gross profits
• Develop acceptable gross profit margins
• Work with lenders on structuring sales
• Be ethical and transparent in leading operations
• Create a positive and legally compliant working environment and sales culture Sales Manager

Qualifications

:

• Proficient in all facets of the new and used car business.
• Hold a working knowledge of automotive systems like ELeads, V-auto, CDK, Dealer Track and other automotive technology system.
• Provide excellent leadership and communication skills
