The Opportunity: As an Outside Sales Representative at John's Waterproofing, you'll play a key role in helping customers protect their homes through expert basement waterproofing and crawl space repair and encapsulation solutions. As we continue to grow our presence in Washington, we're looking for a driven in- home sales professional to support our expanding customer base. What You Will Do

:

• Meet with homeowners on pre-qualified, company-generated leads
• Build rapport with the customer and determine desired outcomes
• Carefully examine the customer's home to accurately diagnose issues and provide necessary recommendations
• Write detailed proposals, including photographs, instructions, diagrams, and pricing lists
• Negotiate contracts, process payments, and ensure timely filing of paperwork
• Meet or exceed goals by consistently following the sales process What We Need for This Role:
• In-home sales experience preferred, but not required
• Construction sales or home-improvement sales experience is a plus
• Strong listening, closing, and follow-up skills
• Comfortable with physical tasks such as entering crawlspaces, walking, climbing ladders, kneeling, and crawling
• Skill in operating computer software
