NEW CAR IMPORT SALES MANAGER One of Michigan largest automotive dealership groups, Glassman Automotive, has an immediate opening for an experienced New Car Import Manager. This is a rare opportunity to join a dedicated and committed management team and elite sales force! Job

Responsibilities

: The sales manager will be responsible for the sales success of the dealership by effectively managing the staff, planning and developing short and long term goals, and meeting the objectives set by upper management.

• Manage, hire, and train sales staff
• Professional management style that sets the example for enthusiasm, productivity and accountability and desire to develop personnel.
• Maintain excellent customer satisfaction scores
• Formulate marketing/advertising plans
• Manage departmental expenses efficiently
• Complete all manufacturer required training Job

• Proven successful history of Auto dealership sales management experience
• Excellent understanding of BDC culture
• Strong closing, coaching & training skills
• Strong ability to follow processes
• Familiarity with digital environment
• F & I Background a plus
• Steady work and performance history
• Must be a strong closer and Self Starter
• Understanding of Dealer track
• Understanding V-Auto and Vin Solutions a plus
• Outgoing personality with expertise at developing relationships
