What You'll Do

• Hunt & Close: Proactively identify and close commercial reroofing and service contract opportunities.
• Network: Build a "gold mine" of contacts with property managers, HOAs, and building owners.
• Consultative Selling: Walk the roofs (we'll train you on the tech), identify the problems, and present the solutions.
• Own the Process: Follow your leads from the first handshake to the final sign-off. What We're Looking For

Compensation

• Base Salary + Aggressive Uncapped Commission Structure Job Type: Full-time Pay: From $60,000.00 per year
