Growth Representative Sales & Content LetsGo (Olson Creations LLC) Omaha, NE 1099 Contractor Help Omaha decide where to Go. Play. Eat. LetsGo is the app that answers "where should we go tonight?" a local discovery and decision-assistance platform that helps people and groups pick a place fast (Date Night Generator, Group Vote, 531 Pick) and rewards them for showing up. We're Omaha-built and live in the market, with a working app, partner businesses, and real users. See it for yourself at [please apply online] We're looking for Growth Representatives to put LetsGo in front of more people and more local businesses. You won't be handed a script and a list of leads you'll build your own pipeline and audience, with the freedom to run it your way. And you'll be selling something that already works, not a pitch deck. What you'll do The role has two motions, and you'll run both: Sales sign up local businesses. Walk into (or call, or DM) Omaha restaurants, entertainment spots, and local favorites and get them onto LetsGo as partners. You'll pitch the value, handle questions, and close. Content bring users to the app. Create your own social content promoting LetsGo, and recruit and coordinate local Omaha food, lifestyle, and creator influencers to feature the app. The goal is simple: more people discovering and downloading LetsGo. Both motions feed the same result a bigger, more active LetsGo. You'll have room to figure out what works and lean into it. Who this is for

• You're comfortable selling and hearing "no" without it wrecking your week.
• You either already make social content or you're genuinely eager to start.
• You're a self-starter you don't need someone assigning you tasks to stay busy.
• You know Omaha, or you're plugged into its food/social/nightlife scene.
• You want upside and are willing to take on risk to get it.

Compensation

This is a 100% commission, 1099 contractor role no base salary. In exchange, you earn on both sides of the job, and there's no cap on what you can make. Active reps can realistically earn in the range of $1,000$6,500+ per month , depending on how much you sell and how many users you drive. Sign up businesses:

• $200 for each Basic partner you sign and onboard
• $400 for each Premium partner you sign and onboard
• 10% of any advertising you convince a partner to sign up for Drive app users (content & influencer):
• $2$7.50 per active signup you bring in through your own content or the influencers you recruit, based on a 12-tier performance system the more you drive, the higher your per-signup rate climbs Because you carry all the risk of a commission-only role, the rates are built to reward performance well above what a salaried rep would earn you keep a meaningful share of the value you create, and top performers can significantly outearn a typical base-plus-commission rep.
