Leading seafood exporter is currently recruiting for an International Sales Professional for our New England office located in Cranston, Rhode Island. This is a full time position. You must be fully adept with computers. You must be an outgoing person who knows how to sell Export Freight, and Documentation. You must be motivated to step into the department and be able to interact with active or potential customers via Email and Skype and by telephone and possess excellent communication skills. You must have good interactive skills, and a positive attitude. Seafood, Meat or Perishable Products experience is preferred but not necessary, however, familiarity with international commerce is. Candidates must have exceptional organization, focus, motivation and willingness to progress in your career within our Company. You must be someone with general or specific experience, who is familiar with:

• Accumulating product offerings, pricing according to company policy, offering products and daily communication and follow up.
• Set up of transactions, pro forma invoices and payment terms.
• Working with Freight Forwarders on perishable shipments and their requirements
• Study and documentation of costs relevant to transactions is necessary
• Dealing with trucking companies for ocean shipments and the coordination of all aspects of transactions.
• Knowledge of Letters of credit and other Credit forms, and collections. A person in the International Seafood or Perishable sector requires focused effort on your part. It is a challenge, and with the correct mindset of establishing or enhancing a career in this field, you will be well rewarded for your talent. This is a full time position in a casual dress atmosphere located in a state of the art facility in Cranston, RI. You should possess excellent communication skills, both written and oral. The ideal candidate must be comfortable dealing with international people Time management and prioritizing duties are most important. Bi-Lingual skills in Spanish, Asian, Black Sea, Middle East are a plus but not mandatory.
